Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Products must be in their original, unused condition. To start a return, email us at info@evolvedelements.com with your order number.

We're so confident you'll feel the difference that we give you a full year to decide. If you take our supplements and don't notice a real improvement, email us — even if the bottle is empty — and we'll refund every penny. No fine print, no hassle.

If the product arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirming your refund. Please note it may take an additional few days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

We process orders quickly, so please reach out to info@evolvedelements.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can make changes or cancel it. Once it's shipped, you'll need to follow our standard return process.

We're sorry about that. Email us at info@evolvedelements.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no need to return the damaged product.
