I placed an order but don't have an account. Can I still see my order?
Yes. Log in using the same email you used at checkout — your order history will appear automatically.
How do I log in? I don't have a password.
No password needed. Click here to log in — enter your email and Shopify sends you a one-click login link.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
Log in, go to the Subscriptions section in your dashboard, and select pause, skip, or cancel — it takes about 30 seconds.
Can I change the product in my subscription?
Yes. Log in, find your active subscription, and use the "Swap product" option to switch to any Evolved Elements formula.
