4. Pricing & Payment

5. Subscriptions

Evolved Elements offers a Subscribe & Save program that provides recurring shipments at a discounted price. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you selected (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled charge. There are no cancellation fees, penalties, or minimum commitment periods. If you cancel after a charge has been processed, the cancellation will apply to the following cycle.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Processing times are typically 1-3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by shipping method and destination.

Once an order has shipped, risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Evolved Elements is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Our 365-Day Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell with a 365-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 365 days of your original purchase date, even if the bottle is empty.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our support team at the email address listed on our website. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
